What Causes Depression And What is the Main Sign of Depression

If you Google search for depression signs and symptoms you will be so disappointed. All you will find is long lists of symptoms and signs that tell you very little about what actually drives depression. As you look at the list you will be bound to find something that fits with your own personal experience but there will be no overall overarching explanation which fits it all together and makes complete sense.

Everyone who is depressed is exhausted and the reason they are exhausted is because their mind is racing at a hundred miles an hour and their attempts to slow down there brain from all of its repetitive and unhelpful thoughts and ruminations is failing. And this has all to do with dreaming — that’s right dreaming. To understand the exhaustion of depression you must understand why you dream. And the reason we dream is to clear away the uncompleted arousals and useless stuff of the previous day. And so if you are worrying a lot and ruminating a lot you need to dream a lot and this over dreaming will exhaust you. And so you will wake up tired and the cycle of depression, and worrying too much and dreaming too much will carry on and carry on. You will be stuck in a vicious cycle and this will terrify you.
