Opening files in Sublime using CLI

This is just a short guide to help anyone who uses Terminal a lot (like me) to open files in Sublime.

As we can utilize open command for this, it is just as simple as open -a "Sublime Text" file.txt. I understand this might be a little long for some people, so it is a good idea to add an alias under the shell profile.
