ClickaCRM Review

I own a small catering business and I have been working with ClickaCRM for a while now. The reason I am writing this ClickaCRM review is that I am hoping the information here, the basics and concepts of CRM, will make your decision-making process easier.

This might actually be the most important factor or concept in any business. All businesses are about people, but particularly, when we are dealing with people, we are really talking about “relationships”.

It is obvious that it costs a business a lot of money to attract new customers using marketing techniques and advertising. By a lot of money, I am talking about roughly $10 worth of advertising for every customer to get in your shop or company. That is something considerable over the course of a year or so. However, it costs only about $1 to get an existing customer back for a revisit and making another purchase. The correct way to go about it is by Customer Relationship Management.

What ClickaCRM does for your business in order to nurture this relationship with your customers is that they act as our front office. For example, if a customer is dissatisfied with our services or products, ClickaCRM can see and track that as now we can see who has stopped contacting our customer service team and why. We can see that through emails, calls, and other ways of communication.

We have a website where customers can submit their orders and also track their packages, as well as making inquiries and contacting our customer service team. Now, let’s say someone orders an item at 2 a.m. GMT and books a delivery for a time later that morning. We don’t have anybody working at our center at that time to email them and confirm their order.

Thanks to the CRM system that ClickaCRM integrated with our website, we now have a template message that thanks anyone placing an order any time between 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. GMT and tells them that they will be contacted about the confirmation of their order within the next 8 hours.

This ClickaCRM review was supposed to clarify some basic concepts for you so that you realize the importance of working with this company and how good they are at doing what they do. Since we have started working with them, we have been successful at getting more than 80 percent of our first-time customers to make a second purchase, compared to only 35 percent before implementing a system from ClickaCRM.

They helped us make our customers more loyal, they made our team more efficient, enabled us to track trends in a timely manner, and automated our communication with our customers, as you read in my ClickaCRM review.
